Abstract
Il contributo si sofferma sul tema delle riforme della giustizia per come prospettate nel Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (Pnrr). In particolare, lo studio riguarda alcuni aspetti problematici delle riforme del Csm e dell’ordinamento giudiziario. Nello scritto si analizzano le potenzialità delle riforme e si richiama l’attenzione del lettore anche su alcuni ostacoli legati alla dialettica politica in tema di giustizia.
The National Plan for Recovery and Resilience and the Reforms of the Judicial System
The Author describes how the Italian National Plan for Recovery and Resilience approaches the issue of reforms of the Judicial System. The article dedicates wide attention to the reforms of the High Council of the Judiciary and of the rules of the judiciary, stressing their potentials and showing that tones and contents of the political debate could hinder the reforming path.
