L’articolo focalizza l’attenzione sui termini processuali per ricorrere e il rapporto con il principio di effettività della tutela giurisdizionale. In particolare, si concentra sui termini per ricorrere avverso gli atti delle procedure di gara affrontando la questione relativa ai cd ricorsi al buio.
Effectiveness of protection and terms for judicial appeal
The article focuses on procedural terms for appeal and the relationship with the principle of effectiveness of judicial protection. In particular, the article analyzes the deadlines for appealing in the publics contract and the connected issue of “blind appeals”
