Abstract
L’approvazione del d.lgs. n. 36/2023 ha segnato un momento decisivo nel processo di implementazione del BIM nell’ordinamento italiano. Il radicale mutamento di prospettiva si coglie non soltanto nell’abbandono del regime di progressiva obbligatorietà inaugurato dal d.m. n. 560/2017, ma soprattutto nell’intendimento di traghettare definitivamente il BIM nel contesto dell’information management. Il presente studio intende fornire un generale inquadramento del ruolo dei “metodi e strumenti di gestione informativa digitale” nell’ambito dei procedimenti pubblici d’appalto, tentando di intercettare le potenziali incognite poste dall’applicazione delle nuove tecnologie ai procedimenti di gara gestiti in BIM.

Modeling and digital management of the public contract life cycle in legislative decree no. 36/2023
The approval of legislative decree no. 36/2023 marked a decisive moment in the process of implementing BIM within the Italian legal system. The radical shift in perspective can be seen not only in the abandonment of the progressive mandatory adoption regime introduced by ministerial decree no. 560/2017, but above all in the intention of definitively bringing BIM into the realm of information management. This paper aims to provide a general overview of the role of “methods and tools for digital information management” within the framework of public procurement procedures, seeking to identify potential challenges arising from the application of new technologies to tender processes managed using BIM.
