L’Autore si concentra, in particolare, su alcune problematiche che interessano il giudizio di legittimità costituzionale sulle leggi regionali.

The article examines some “open issues” between State and Regions, starting from the study of a recent book edited by Daria de Pretis and Carlo Padula. The Author examines, in particular, some problems concerning the constitutional judgment on regional laws.
